At Zeddea we accept different payment methods. As a general rule, we always send the shoes after confirmation of payment.
Credit or debit card: For payments by credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, that is, in real time through the La Caixa payment gateway, once It has been verified that the data communicated is correct. Zeddea will not receive this data or have access to it. The transaction is made directly with the bank. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB credit or debit cards.
PayPal: PayPal is a secure payment platform that works like an electronic wallet, so you don't have to enter your bank or credit card details in every online store you visit. you want to buy. PayPal stores this data securely in your account. If you select this payment method we will redirect you to your PayPal account and you must make the payment from there. You need to have an account created with PayPal, if you don't have an account you can create one here.
Bank transfer: you can make a deposit at any La Caixa office or make a transfer from any bank, in both cases to the account number that you will receive by email. Please make sure to send the full amount of the order. Likewise, we will need you to indicate your full name and the order number in the transfer concept. This will make it easier for us to find your payment and we will be able to send you your shoes without any delay. Once you have made the deposit, please send us proof by email to info@zeddea.com. We will send you a notification email once we have confirmation of payment. Orders placed with this payment method will remain valid for 48 hours, so if payment for the order has not been received within that period, it will be cancelled. We cannot guarantee stock availability.
Cash on delivery: In the event that the payment is made by cash on delivery, there is a supplement of €3.00. Payment is made at the time of receipt of the merchandise.
